Sewn & Glued. The hard polishing buff is made of sewn sections of 64/68 cloth which are glued together under pressure to provide a hard, resistant wheel.  It is used with coarse cutting compounds as a set-up wheel or with fine compounds for final polishing.  It is particularly good for polishing flat surfaces where the full width of the face can be used.  It  can, of course, be shaped to fit any surface where repetitive polishing operations are necessary. Specify what size arbor hole.
